1) I have not received my tracking number
Due to high demand for certain products, It may take up to 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. An email is auto-generated with tracking details once the order is shipped. If you still have not received your tracking details please send an email to Help@thecrescentmoon.co and we will send you all details immediately.
2) I have received the tracking number but status is "pending"
It takes 1 to 3 days for the tracking number to be updated on our system.
3) I have received only 1 item, whereas I have ordered multiple items
This usually happens when you order items of a different color, size or material. In such orders, the items are shipped separately depending on availability. If you have not received all of your tracking numbers, please send an email to Help@thecrescentmoon.co and we will send you all details immediately.
4) When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our manufacturer. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
5) How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow 1-3 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take 7 - 21 business days for delivery in the United States, and 15-30 business days for international orders (depending on location).
